In the draft resolution, replace paragraph 9.3.2 with the following paragraph:

"consider pardoning or dropping extradition proceedings of those politicians who would have been convicted or prosecuted for expressing opinions or calling to peaceful demonstrations and their roles in the organisation of the October 2017 unconstitutional referendum that did not take into account the recommendations of the Venice Commission, and especially taking into consideration that the Assembly states that, according to the Opinion of the Venice Commission of 13 March 2017 and to Decision of the European Court of Human Rights of 28 May 2019, the Constitution and the decisions of the Constitutional Court should be obeyed and that the measures adopted to enforce them are legitimate."
