In the draft resolution, paragraph 9.2.2, first sentence, delete the following words:

"and calls for the strengthening of the Constitutional Court’s independence".

Explanatory note

The Constitution guarantees the independence and impartiality of lower courts and the Constitutional Court, and stipulates that Constitutional Court’s decisions are binding upon the legislative, executive and judicial branches of Government and all administrative authorities, real and legal persons.
