In the draft resolution, at the end of paragraph 13, add the following sentence:

"In this context, the Assembly supports all efforts directed towards the normalisation of relations between Armenia and Azerbaijan, based on mutual recognition of sovereignty, inviolability of borders and territorial integrity, on the basis of the 1991 Almaty Declaration."
