The Assembly,
Regretting that, since the International Olympic Committee recognizes only one governing body from each member country, many individuals who are refugees from their own country are thus precluded from taking part in the Olympic Games,
Observing that this is contrary to the rule that there should be no discrimination against any country or person on grounds of colour, religion, or politics,
Decides to include in its Agenda the following question :
" Request to the International Olympic Committee to consider any suggestions which would enable political exiles to take part in the Olympic Games in future years. "
