In the draft resolution, paragraph 2, after the third sentence, insert the following sentences:

"That being said, these numbers do not make a distinction between eliminated terrorists and civilian casualties who were used by Hamas as human shields while the terrorist organisation was operating intentionally from schools, hospitals, mosques and highly populated areas. These numbers also do not reflect who was killed by Hamas rockets that fell short and by Hamas booby traps".

Explanatory note

Making no distinction between combatant and civilian casualties distorts an accurate picture of the situation.
