In the draft resolution, at the end of paragraph 6, insert the following sentence:

"At the same time, the Assembly must point out that over 120 000 Israelis have been evacuated from their homes near the borders with Gaza and Lebanon during the war, and that over half of these have still not been able to return home safely".
