Council of Europe Convention on Laundering, Search, Seizure and
Confiscation of the Proceeds from Crime and on the Financing of
Terrorism and its draft Explanatory Report (documents CM(2026)2-add1
and CM(2026)2-add2), which the Ministers’ Deputies agreed at their
1551st meeting (24-25 February 2026)
to transmit to the Parliamentary Assembly for opinion as soon as
