1. In
accordance with Rule 6, paragraphs 1 and 4, of the Rules of Procedure,
the President of the Assembly has received the credentials of representatives
and substitutes for the third part of the 2026 Ordinary Session of
the Assembly, which have been transmitted in due form by the competent
authorities of member States.
2. The Assembly is called upon to express its decision on the
validation of the credentials of the representatives and substitutes
whose names are given in this report.
3. Bulgaria has modified
the composition of its delegation following parliamentary elections.
4. Czechia has appointed
a new representative following the resignation of Ms Gabriela Sedláčková.
5. Denmark has modified
the composition of its delegation following parliamentary elections.
6. France has appointed
a new representative and a new substitute following the resignations
of Mr Stéphane Mazars and Mr Jean Laussucq.
7. Greece has appointed
a new substitute following the resignation of Mr Dimitrios Markopoulos.
8. Hungary has modified
the composition of its delegation following parliamentary elections.
9. Slovenia has modified
the composition of its delegation following parliamentary elections.
10. Sweden has appointed
a new substitute following the resignation of Mr Michael Rubbestad.
11. Ukraine has appointed
a new substitute following the resignation of Mr Volodymyr Tsabal.
12. United Kingdom has
appointed two new representatives following the resignations of
Baroness Jean Drake and Mr Stephen Gethins.
13. In case of objection or justified contestation, the contested
credentials shall be referred without debate to the appropriate
committee, which shall report back to the Assembly in accordance
with Rules 7 and 8 of the Rules of Procedure.
