In the interests of world peace and European order, the Consultative Assembly recommends the Committee of Ministers to take immediate steps to drawn up a Peace Treaty between the Western Nations and the German Federal Republic so as to put an end to the uncertainties, and to manoeuvres, which are no less dangerous to the security of Europe.
