The Assembly,

Considering the advantages, both for promoting a European consciousness and for improving the administrative methods of local authorities, of increasing the number of exchange visits between individual members of the Local Authorities of Member States,

Decides to include in its Agenda, the following question:

"Steps to be taken to promote the exchange of visits by members of Local Authorities in various European countries."
