The Assembly,
Considering the ever-upward tendency in fertiliser prices;
Considering the deleterious effect of this trend on European agricultural production and prices of agricultural products,
Instructs its Special Committee for Agriculture to study and report on the position of fertiliser production in relation to agricultural costings.
