to ask the Committee of Ministers if it proposes convene as soon as possible the Committee of Experts which, as stated in Resolution (55) 8, the Ministers have decided to set up to work out the details of a Council of Europe collective passport arrangement in order that there should be no further delay in implementing this recommendation of the Assembly.
