1. In pursuance of Rule 6 of the Rules of Procedure the Committee responsible for the examination of credentials examined those of M. Erden who, in accordance with paragraph (c) of Article 25 of the Statute, has been appointed Substitute to the Consultative Assembly of the Council of Europe and whose credentials have been duly handed in to the Secretary-General of the Council of Europe.
2. For the first part of the Session, Turkey appointed its 10 Representatives, but no Substitute.
3. No objection having been raised, the Committee unanimously proposes that the Assembly confirm the validity of M. Erden's appointment.
