I have the honour to inform you that, in the course of this morning's Sitting, the Committee of Ministers decided to refer to its next session the examination of the problems arising from the three Recommendations submitted to it for an opinion by the Committee for General Affairs in agreement with the Joint Committee. The Committee of Ministers considered it would be in a better position to give an opinion on the matter when it knew the final form assumed by these recommendations as a result of the debates of the Consultative Assembly.
