Mr. WILLEY
to ask the Committee of Ministers : what steps have been taken seven years after the signature of the European Convention on Human Rights to ensure
(a) that other member countries recognise the right of individual applications to the European Commission of Human Rights, apart from the seven Member States who have already recognised that right as provided for in Article 25 of the Convention; and
(b) that a large number of Member States recognise the compulsory jurisdiction of the European Court of Human Rights so that this can be established as provided for in the Convention.
