The Parliamentary Assembly, with reference to its Recommendation 1535 (2001) on structures, procedures and means of the European Court of Human Rights:

1 instructs its Committee on Legal Affairs and Human Rights to follow closely the developments concerning structures, procedures and means of the European Court of Human Rights and to report back to the Assembly in due course;

2 instructs its Committee on Economic Affairs and Development to follow closely, for an opinion, all financial and budgetary matters in relation to the above.
