In the draft resolution, paragraph 5, after the first sentence, insert the following sentence:
"The Assembly reiterates its invitation to all member States to review and strengthen their legislation concerning the fight against corruption, ensuring that all acts of corruption are criminalised in accordance with the standards developed by relevant international instruments and monitoring bodies."
