In the draft resolution, at the end of paragraph 7.1.3, replace the words "together with such professionals and in consultation with intersex organisations" with the following words:

"by intersex organisations and the professionals concerned".

Explanatory note

Mere "consultation" with intersex organisations is not enough. They should be at the heart of the development of guidelines that are aimed at promoting a holistic and patient-centred approach to health care for intersex people.
