In the draft resolution, at the beginning of paragraph 10.5, insert the words: "continue to".

Explanatory note

People subject to deportation decisions could apply to the Constitutional Court. In these cases, the Constitutional Court acts as a first instance court and, if it deems necessary, could stop the deportation the same day as the application.
