In the draft resolution, at the end of paragraph 9.1.2, insert the following words:

", while acknowledging that the return of asylum-applicants from the Greek mainland to Turkey is not possible and that the 18 March Agreement only covers the returns from Aegean Islands".

Explanatory note

Our country accepts irregular migrants delivered by the Greek authorities from the Aegean islands within the scope of the 18 March Agreement. However, the agreement does not cover the Greek mainland.
