In the draft resolution, after paragraph 8, insert the following paragraph:
"The Assembly welcomes the designation by Azerbaijan of a Special Representative to pursue dialogue with Armenians living on its territory, and it encourages the further pursuit of this dialogue with a view to ensuring their rights and security."
