"Due to the severity of the current humanitarian crises for the Armenian people in the region, the Assembly calls on member States to provide special protection to Armenian diasporas affected by persecution, as well as to consider the use of measures such as the re-evaluation of current trade agreements and sanctions in order to urge Azerbaijan to comply with its international obligations as defined by the Council of Europe."
