Changes also aim to enhance engagement with civil society and clarify rules around committee meetings held in camera. Additionally, the Assembly stipulates conditions for urgent procedures, regulates committee representation in the Venice Commission, and ensures consistency in sub-committee operations. These amendments will take effect immediately upon adoption.
