In the draft resolution, paragraph 9, replace the words after "member States" with the following words:

", when programming their future support for the reconstruction of Ukraine, to provide additional funding, equivalent to at least 10% of their national funds allocated to reconstruction, dedicated to the rehabilitation and social reintegration of veterans and civilians with disabilities, and to draw for this purpose also on frozen Russian sovereign assets and the proceeds thereof."
