In the draft resolution, after paragraph 9, insert the following paragraph:

"The Assembly expresses its solidarity with Ukraine, whose demographic future is being deliberately undermined by the aggressor, and welcomes the adoption by the Ukrainian authorities of a Strategy for Demographic Development to 2040 and their efforts, under wartime conditions, to support families, protect children and create the conditions for the voluntary return of displaced citizens."
