"a genuine peace negotiations process to end Russia`s war of aggression against Ukraine and humanitarian arrangements, including the exchange of prisoners of war and release of illegally detained Ukrainian civilians and the return of forcibly transferred and unlawfully deported Ukrainian children and displaced persons;"
