In the draft resolution, paragraph 5, replace the words after "European societies" with the following words:

"calls for inclusive policies that both acknowledge and avoid forms of unjust discrimination"

Explanatory note

It is important to oppose unjust discrimination while recognising that Member States have different laws and that the listing of various family forms may unjustly exclude some.
