In the draft resolution, after paragraph 11.7, insert the following paragraph:
"address the pay and pension challenges facing parents and especially, at the present time, mothers by compensating, in the calculation of pay, taxation, social protection and pension entitlements, for breaks in service taken for the benefit of bringing up children at home."
