to ask the Committee of Ministers how many times and on what occasions the machinery laid down in Resolution (54) 16 of the Committee of Ministers for consultation among European delegations to international organisations has been used and whether Member Governments have issued instructions to their delegations on all relevant occasions informing them of the facilities offered by the above-mentioned Resolution.
