The Assemhly,
Considering that the problem of full employment has an importance going far beyond its financial and economic aspects, and belongs to the political and social sphere,
Having considered the Proposal moved by Mr. Dalton and several of his colleagues (Doc. 26), together with the Proposal moved by M. Serrarens and several of his colleagues (Doc. 38), approves the principles which have inspired them;
Instructs the competent Committee to set up, in agreement with the Social Committee, a special Joint Committee instructed to present a Motion covering the widest and most immediate aspects of the problem of full employment.
