Concerning : The transmission of Resolution 31
The Assembly instructs its President to transmit to the Chairman of the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe and to the President of the High Authority of the European Coal and Steel Community Resolution 31, expressing the Opinion of the Consultative Assembly on the Report of the High Authority of the European Coal and Steel Community, adopted on 23rd June, 1953, and transmitted the same day to the President of the Common Assembly.
