The Assembly :
Instructs its Economic Committee to study the implications and possibilities of the new economic and commercial situation at present emerging in Europe;
Instructs the Secretary General to consult with the Secretary General of the Organisation for European Economic Co operation for the purpose of providing the necessary data relevant to these studies, and to arrange for the Secretariat to put them at the disposal of the Committee;
Instructs the President and Bureau of the Assembly to seek an opportunity to represent to Member Governments, by suitable means and at a suitable time, the urgent importance of seeking a definite solution to the problems of European economic relations within a reasonable period of time.
