The Assembly,
Having regard to its Recommendation 233 on the recognition of the compulsory jurisdiction of the European Court of Human Rights;
Considering that this Recommendation calls for action in the national Parliaments,
Instructs the Working Party on Relations with National Parliaments to invite its members representing the countries concerned, by action in their respective Parliaments, to urge their Governments to give effect ti the said Recommendation.
