Having regard to the arrangement concluded between the European Cultural Foundation and the Council of Europe,
Instructs its Cultural Committee :
1 to take the necessary steps to set up joint national committees of the Cultural Fund and the European Cultural Foundation;
2 to hold a meeting for this purpose under its auspices at Strasbourg, to be attended by the persons responsible for liaison between the joint national committees, on the one hand, and the Secretariats of the Foundation and the Fund, on the other.
