The Assembly,
Having adopted Resolution 188 amending Rules 18 and 19 of its Rules of Procedure,
Requests the Secretary-General to place this Resolution before the Committee of Ministers in order that the appropriations necessary for its implementation as from the beginning of 1961 may be made available.
