2. Instructs its Committee on Science and Technology to explore the possibilities of a more developed scientific co-operation in the field of urban traffic research among the member countries of the Council of Europe;
3. Instructs its Commitee on Regional Planning and Local Authorities to make a closer examination of the advanced technical solutions that are now being applied by some European municipalities and to report back.
