The Assembly,

1. Having regard to its Recommendation 599 (1970) on air piracy,

2. Instructs its Legal Affairs Committee to continue studying the legal aspects of air safety and unlawful seizure of aircraft, particularly with regard to the work carried out within the framework of the International Civil Aviation Organisation (ICAO).
