1. Considering the great number of detailed recommendations which came out of the successful work of the Third Parliamentary and Scientific Conference,
2. Instructs its Committee on Science and Technology to draw up a list of priorities to be presented to the Committee of Ministers and to the Assembly for parliamentary action ;
3. Instructs its Committee for Parliamentary and Public Relations to prepare appropriate parliamentary action in accordance with the above-mentioned list of priorities and in close contact with the Committee on Science and Technology.
