1. The Assembly refers to its Recommendation 1163 (1991) on the arrival of asylum-seekers at European airports.
2. The measures proposed in this text should make it possible to improve the conditions of reception at European airports for asylum-seekers in the coming months.
3. Wishing to keep abreast of developments in this matter, the Assembly instructs its Committee on Migration, Refugees and Demography to continue the investigation of the problems encountered by asylum-seekers fleeing their home countries by air.
