Grant consultative status to certain international non-governmental organisation

The Standing Committee,

Acting on behalf of the Assembly in accordance with Order No. 185 ;

Considering the opinions expressed by the Committees concerned,

Recommends that the Committee of Ministers grant the following non-governmental organisations consultative status with the Council of Europe :

Category I :

- European Branch of the World Jewish Congress ;

Category II :

Committee of National Institutes of Patent Agents (C.N.I.P.A.) ;

International Committee for Bird Preservation.
