The Assembly,

Recalling its Order No. 194, Recommendation 345, Order No. 218 and Resolution 256 ;

Having learned that the majority of member Governments of the Council of Europe accepted the invitation of the President of the Assembly and were represented at the 2nd Session of the Seminar on International Voluntary Service held in Strasbourg from 26th to 30th October last ;

Having decided to transmit to the Committee of Ministers the reports adopted at that 2nd Session ;

Informing the Committee of Ministers that, following the Seminar, a Regional Conference on International Voluntary Service has been set up,

Recommends the Committee of Ministers :

1. to be represented on the Committee of the Regional Conference by a member of the Committee for Out-of-School Education of the CCC ;

2. to authorise the Secretary-General, in accordance with point 2 of Resolution 292, to make available to the Regional Conference administrative assistance and material facilities provided this does not entail any increase in the budget appropriations.
