The Standing Committee,

1. Acting on behalf of the Consultative Assembly, in accordance with Order No. 185 ;

2. Having regard to the opinions expressed by the Legal Affairs Committee (Docs. 2594 and 2595),

3. Recommends that the Committee of Ministers grant consultative status with the Council of Europe to the international non-governmental organisations named below :

Category II

(a) World Peace through Law Centre ;

(b) Young Lawyers' International Association.
