The Assembly,

1. Having adopted Resolution 565 on the humanisation of working conditions in industrial society ;

2. Considering that the implementation of this resolution depends to a great extent on the attitude and cooperation of the relevant public authorities ,

3. Recommends that the Committee of Ministers call on member governments of the Council of Europe :

a to take note of Resolution 565 and develop a policy to promote the humanisation of working conditions ;

b to take account in their legislation of the proposals appended to the above resolution.
