to continue its study of the possibilities of establishing, within the framework of the Council of Europe, a system of European co-operation for the protection of centres containing cultural and historic monuments and to submit proposals as soon as possible;
to study ways and means whereby the Council of Europe might assist Italia Nostra in its efforts to preserve Venice.
