The Assembly, referring to its Opinion No. 210 on the Council of Europe commissioner for human rights: draft terms of reference, resolves to invite candidates for the post of commissioner to a personal interview in the form of a hearing organised under the responsibility of the Committee on Legal Affairs and Human Rights.
