The Assembly, having regard to its Resolution 1210 (2000) and Recommendation 1439 (2000), instructs its Committee on Legal Affairs and Human Rights, and its Social, Health and Family Affairs Committee for an opinion, to carefully follow and monitor the outcome of the drafting work on the charter of fundamental rights of the European Union, and to report back to it on this subject in due course.
