In the draft resolution, paragraph 8, after the second sentence, insert the following sentences:

"The Assembly notes with concern that recent controversial changes to the legislation on the High Council of Justice and other important pieces of legislation on the judiciary were introduced in an expedited, non-comprehensive manner, without consensus and transparent consultations, as well as without seeking the advice of the Venice Commission."
