In the draft recommendation, after paragraph 4.3, insert the following paragraph:

"call on the international community to support steps for a genuine political transition process based on the Geneva Communiqué and reaffirmed in the Vienna statement of November 14, 2015, and urge concrete action to implement without further delay the confidence-building measures outlined in UNSC Resolution 2254."

Explanatory note

The international community should work for a genuine political transition based on the Geneva Communiqué and UNSC Resolution 2254 as soon as possible. The situation in Syria is becoming worse day by day.
