In the draft resolution paragraph 10.3.3, delete the following words:

"and the strong political intervention in the Hungarian media market".

Explanatory note

In its opinion on Hungarian media legislation, the Venice Commission acknowledges the efforts of the Hungarian government to improve on the original text of the two Acts, in line with comments from various observers including the Council of Europe, and notes positively the willingness of the Hungarian authorities to continue in dialogue.
