"The Assembly,
Considering the Resolution of the Committee of Ministers of 4th November, 1950, by the terms of which the Member States were invited tu supply information on the problem of Refugees " including its connection with the related problem of population and emigration".
Considering the Resolution of the Committee of Ministers of 4th May, 1951, stating that :
" in the light of the debates in the Consultative Assembly, and the discussions in the Committee of Ministers in 1950, the Committee once more emphasises the extreme urgency of the problem of Refugees and surplus population ",
And, with a view to obtaining a speedy and effective solution to the Refugee problem,
Decides :
by the addition to Rule 38 of the Rules of Prodecure of the Consultative Assembly para 1, ?of the following phrase :
g) Committee on Refugees and Emigration Questions. "
